Trump, Biden Win New Hampshire Primaries-24

Trump, Biden win New Hampshire primaries

Ever since he defeated Nikki Haley in the New Hampshire primary, former president Donald Trump has been inching his way towards the Republican presidential nomination.

“This is our third victory in New Hampshire. Trump declared in his victory address on Tuesday night, January 23, “We win it every time, we win the primary, we win the generals.”

Trump has won three Republican primaries in New Hampshire. However, he has still not won a general election there, having lost to Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Joe Biden in 2020.

Trump made fun of Haley and called her a “imposter” at the beginning of his address at his own celebration in Nashua, stating, “She’s doing, like, a speech like she won.” She lost the race. She didn’t win. Her night was really unpleasant. His comments came after a string of indignant posts labelling her as “DELUSIONAL” on his Truth Social app.

Haley, meanwhile, has pledged to continue her campaign. “This race is far from over,” she told a crowd that had gathered in Concord, New Hampshire, for an election watch party. “There are dozens of states left to go and the next one is my sweet state of South Carolina.”

“I’m a fighter, and I’m scrappy, and now we’re the last ones standing next to Donald Trump,” she said.

Haley continued her speech by discussing how Republicans lost control of the Senate and the House after Trump was elected to the presidency. “In 2018, we suffered a defeat.” “2020 and 2022 were defeats,” she informed her followers.

The Democrats’ intense desire to challenge Donald Trump is the worst-kept political secret. They are aware that Joe Biden can only defeat Trump among the nation’s Republicans.”

Haley had anticipated that she would pull off an upset victory in the Northeastern state, maybe weakening Trump’s firm hold on the Republican Party, thanks to the state’s substantial group of independent voters.
