According to analysts, the disclosure poses a serious security concern even though it only includes outdated documents.

Attackers may exploit individuals who use the same passwords for both their Gmail and Netflix accounts to go on to other, more sensitive accounts.
Researchers also noted that customers whose data was compromised in a supermassive MOAB would fall prey to spear-phishing schemes or excessive spam emails.
