The captain of Team India Rohit The Best Man, led his team to a competitive total in the third Twenty20 International with a brilliant innings.

In the third Twenty20 International against Afghanistan on January 17, Team India captain Rohit Sharma treated the Bengaluru fans to a spectacular display as his side rocketed to a competitive total despite a top order collapse.

After losing four of their wickets in the first five overs of the powerplay, India saw Sanju Samson, Virat Kohli, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Shivam Dube dismissed for very little.

At one point, India was 22/4, but Rohit said he would lead from the front. 121* (69) with 11 fours and 8 sixes. Rohit delivered a memorable knock, and the Hitman caused mayhem.

With his historic knock, Sharma overtook players like Glenn Maxwell and Suryakumar Yadav, who have each scored four hundred in Twenty20 International cricket. Sharma has now attained five hundreds in all three forms, making him the only player to do so.

In 54 Test matches, he has amassed 10 centuries, and in 262 ODI matches, he has 31 ODI hundreds.
