JEE Main The Joint Entrance Exams Main 2024 Paper advance city intimation slip has been made available by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Using their application number and birthdate, those who applied for the exam can download their city slip from the official website.

On January 27, 29, 30, 31, January, and February 1st, there will be a BE/BTech Paper 1 test. The names of the cities the exam center’s will be in are listed on the city slip.
The official notification states that the “Advance Intimation for Allotment of Examination City for the exam to be held on 27, 29, 30, 31 January, and 01 February 2024, for Paper 1 (BE/BTech) has now been hosted on the official website.”
How to Download the Advance City Slip for the JEE Mains Exam in 2024?
Visit
jeemain.nta.ac.in, the NTA JEE official website.
Choose the JEE Mains Exam 2024 advance city intimation slip link from the home page.
A new page will open and candidates must enter their login information.
The advance city intimation slip will display once the details are submitted.
Examine the slip and obtain the document.
Take a printout and save a copy in case you need it later.
Schedule of Examinations
JEE Main – 2024 Paper 1 (BE/BTech) has two sessions planned:
Session 1 ( January 24–February 1, 2024 ) and Session 2 ( April 1–April 15, 2024 ). The purpose of this scheduling is to avoid any conflicts with board exams, which can take place at various times in different states and union territories.
Furthermore, there will be two administrations of Paper 2A and Paper 2B (BArch and BPlanning) in 2024, one in January and one in April.
Admission Eligibility for JEE Main 2024
Admission to esteemed universities like the Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) is obtained through the JEE Main exam.
The qualifying requirements include receiving at least 75% of the possible points on the 12th grade test or ranking in the top 20% of the test taken by the relevant Board. The qualifying scores are lowered to 65% for applicants who belong to Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Scheduled Castes (SC).
Furthermore, entrance to the BE/BTech and BArch/BPlanning programmes at these institutes requires a certain mix of subjects in the qualifying test.
Exam Structure for JEE Main 2024:
Two separate papers make up the JEE Main test. In addition to schools and universities supported or acknowledged by participating State Governments, candidates who pass Paper 1 are eligible for Undergraduate Engineering programmes such as BE/BTech in NITs, IIITs, and other CFTIs.
The entrance exam for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), JEE (Advanced), is open to applicants who pass JEE (Main). For those hoping to enrol in BArch and BPlanning programmes at various national universities, the JEE (Main) Paper 2 is intended for them.

Exam Mode: “Pen and Paper Based” (offline) for the drawing test on an A4 size drawing sheet; “Computer Based Test (CBT)” for the aptitude and mathematics tests.
